Hymn 126 L.M. 1. Though now the nations sit beneath The darkness of o'erspreading death, God will arise with light divine, On Zion's holy tow'rs to shine. 2. That light shall glance on distant lands, And heathen tribes, in joyful bands, Come with exulting haste to prove The pow'r and greatness of his love. 3. Lord, spread the triumphs of thy grace; Let truth, and righteousness, and peace, In mild and lovely forms, display The glories of the latter day.
