The Dominican Nuns of Summit, New Jersey are a cloistered, contemplative monastic community of women devoted to the contemplation of the Mysteries presented in the Rosary. As a convent they do a lot of hymn singing, and in connection with that activity they produced in 1983 one of the most elaborate and interesting local hymnals of the twentieth century, the Summit Choirbook.
