Adding a few sentences summing up specifically Mormon uses of (or alternate names for) Jerusalem would be useful. I think it would be good to have a disambiguation page - especially as the articles grow larger - and have individual articles for the hymns, the tunes, and the term. Ideally, that's how it should be, anyway, but this is a wiki, after all, and unlike Wikipedia, articles aren't tagged if they're not complete all at once. I would suggest putting the poet's name in parentheses for the hymns, and the composer's name in parentheses for the tunes. Putting 'term' in parentheses for the term would also be good.
