::The midis are public domain; feel free to do whatever you like with them.  If you don't like the notes for the ''Amen'' being on the end (that's likely an older practice), let me know and I can send you a version without them—or, I can show you how to take it off yourself, if you like (you would need [http://www.lilypond.org/ LilyPond] for that, though, but it is free and open source).  If it says public domain after the copyright, for the sheet music, that includes the actual music files themselves.  I don't know if you can actually copyright the files themselves, anyway, though.
