With some pride I announce that this article has won the coveted "Golden Spur" award at BaptistLife.com: see this post there. --Haruo 22:12, 29 July 2007 (MDT)
- Good job! That's pretty nice. I searched for the character you talk about in the link. I didn't find it in the Gentium font. You'd think they'd have an o with a single dot on top with all the weirder stuff they actually do have. Veramet 18:59, 30 July 2007 (MDT)
- Hmm, I found it at last. It's pretty easy to find (without having to consider which font to use) when using Linux (at least Ubuntu, Hardy Heron, with gucharmap). The code for it is U+022F —Veramet 07:11, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
- I'm still not sure if my operating system somehow tweaks my fonts to include this character, but most of my fonts will portray it in OpenOffice (including Gentium). Does it show up on your computer? If not, perhaps you need language support for a certain language installed. I have a bunch installed, but I'm not sure which one would have this. Latin maybe (yes, I have language support for Latin—I know that's kind of odd)? Veramet 07:18, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
