Generally, you should only put songs in this category if the meter differs significantly from verse to verse. Many hymnals list songs as P.M. which do not fit this description, due to how uncommon the meter is. On HymnWiki, the popularity of the meter does not matter, so long as it is the same on every verse (or similar enough to fit in the same music).
